NAR finds new insurance (4/4/2000)
On Monday evening, NAR President Mark Bundick announced that the
NAR had acquired a new insurance policy. The full text of his
announcement, including details of the policy, is available on the
NAR web site, http://www.nar.org
The quickie summary is:
- No interruption in coverage.
- All NAR members are covered. Insurance is no longer
optional. Dues will go up for everyone to cover the cost
of the policy.
In related news, President Bruce Kelly of the Tripoli Rocketry
Association announced that current NAR members would be able to
launch high power rockets (to the limit of their NAR certification)
at organized Tripoli launches. The full text of Bruce Kelly's
