Outreach Opportunity!
Someone to teach one or more model rocketry sessions at St.
Croix Academy summer school (2/2/2002)
I've recently been contacted by the St. Croix Academy near
Stillwater. They are looking for a "rocket expert" to help
with rocket building and launching during their summer school
sessions. It looks like they have four different summer sessions in
June and July with stuff going on in the morning and afternoon.
They'd hope to do rockets in one (or more) of the sessions.

Hello Alan,
Thank you for taking this time to host this info on MASA's web
site. Our school, St.Croix Academy, is a non-profit
organization geographically located in West Lakeland Township
with a Stillwater address. We are planning for our Summer 2002
Sessions which begin June 11th and run through July 26th 2002. Each
session is for 2 weeks with an exception for the 4th session which
is just for a week.
We are interested in integrating rocket building and launching in
our summer school for our group of children ages 6-10 years
old. Our children haven't had a chance for any kind of rocket
building exposure. It would be such a great learning experience for
them. Therefore, if you have any one from your club interested to do
Rocket Class for a Session (s), I would be very excited to integrate
it into our Summer School 2002.
I am planning and working on our brochure for the Summer School
2002, so it would be nice to get any interested individual to
contact me ASAP.
