Cub Scouts at Long Lake Park (5/14/2009)
In Ted's absence, Carol Marple ran the annual St Odilia Cub
Scout Launch at Long Lake last night. The weather turned out to be
absolutely perfect with no wind, after the forecast had been
threatening 15-20mph winds all week.
There had to have been well over 100 flights with
surprisingly few issues. MASA members in attendance included Carol,
Todd Carpenter, Mark Thell, Buzz McDermott, Alyssa Taylor, Jeff
Taylor and (for a limited time due to soccer practice, McKenna
Taylor.
