This information should be completed and submitted separately for each individual MASA membership.
It only needs to be submitted once for a family membership.

MASA membership runs on a calendar year basis.  Dues for continuing members are payable each January.
New members may join at any time during the year.

Dues may be paid online using PayPal, or you may mail in a check.  (You do not need to have an existing PayPal account to use online payment.)
